
Today was a tough run man!
5 min warm up walk...3 min run...1.5 min walk...5 min run...2.5 min walk...and repeat!
That's 16 minutes of running incase you don't want to add it all up for yourself
I BARELY finished the 5 minute runs...my feet barely made it off the pavement.
It was nice to run down by the river as a change of scenery.
This week may definitely need to be repeated...
