This is little Shiloh Pepin. She's the "mermaid girl" and I have watched her on TLC a couple of times. She seemed like such a sweet girl and i just found out that she died...back in October no less!
I had no idea!
It just breaks my heart...I'm watching the show on TLC about her last 6 months and shes just a precious little thing!
She came down with pneumonia and ended up in the PICU and just seemed to lose her battle....
Just so sad...
